* * I would like to thank Alexander Vasquez for the following information: Isaac's actual last name is Larimer. Isaac enlisted with the 35th Illinois Volunteer Infantry on July 3rd, 1861 at the age of 33 years of age. Isaac was captured and held prisoner at the Battle of Pea Ridge, Arkansas. He was held a prisoner for 23 days before he escaped. Isaac was shot in the face at at the Battle of Missionary Ridge on November 25th, 1863. Isaac applied for invalid pension increases after the war in November 1889 and again in November 1902. It should also be noted that Isaac's Father Isaac Sr. served in the Ohio Militia in the War of 1812, and was captured while invading Canada under Hull in July 1812.
