2. The Fourth Division of the Sixteenth Army Corps is hereby transferred to and will hereafter constitute a part of the Thirteenth Army Corps, and will report accordingly.

3. The division commanded by Brigadier General W. S. Smith, and known as the First Division of the Sixteenth Army Corps, is hereby transferred to and will hereafter constitute a part of the Fifteenth Army Corps.
