Volunteers, having reported in compliance with Special Orders, No. 141, extract 34, current series, War Department, Adjutant-General's Office, will report in person to Brigadier General P. E. Connor, commanding District of the Plains, at Denver, Colo. Ter., for assignment to duty according to his rank. The quartermaster's department will furnish transportation for the authorized number of horses for himself and staff.
