I. The attention of officers of this command is called to paragraph 449, Revised Regulations, U. S. Army, edition 1863. This rule will govern in the approval of all requisitions for supplies.

II. Captain W. H. W. Krebs, aide-de-camp, is hereby announced as chief ordnance officer, Department of Washington, in place of Captain Montgomery Ritchie, acting aide-de-camp, resigned. He will be respected and obeyed accordingly.
