Some of the "Local Boys" of Paragon and surrounds who volunteered for service in the 70th Indiana and other Indiana Units

During an interview of a local citizen, one Joe A. Blankenship, the following men were named as those who "from this community served in the Civil War." The article was first written by F.G. in a column entitled "Here and There" dated February 11, 1938.
