XIX. Capts. J. H. Field's and Rogers' unattached companies Mississippi Volunteers, now at Columbus, Miss., will proceed without delay to Virginia and report to General Robert E. Lee, commanding, &c., for duty with Lieutenant Colonel Taylor's battalion, will constitute a regiment.
