Josef Stalin
Josef Stalin - (Soviet Union)
After the war in Europe ended, Stalin continued his brutal methods, killing any and all who opposed him, both in Russia and Eastern Europe. He precipitated the beginning of the Cold War, which would last until the 1990s. Stalin died in 1953.
