Toward the end of the 70's and early 80's, Turner some characters who became lost in our world, small folks he named Minimites. Each wore a hat that could inflate to allowing them to drift in the wind as one means of transport. Turner copyrighted the concept but unfortunately didn't find a writer with enough imagination, he thought, who could write the book.
